This page provides clear instructions to join the Discord server and create a support ticket safely. Follow each step carefully to avoid scams and ensure a smooth setup process.

Click the invite link above to access our official Discord. If you don’t have an account yet, sign up and then return to the link to join.

2. Verify Your Account

To keep the community safe, you’ll need to verify your account. This prevents bots from entering and ensures only real traders get access.

3. Stay Safe (Ignore DMs)

🚨 Important: Rhythm staff will never DM you first.

All official support happens inside the server channels. Ignore and block any unsolicited DMs claiming to be “support.

👉 Pro tip: Right-click the Rhythm server icon → Privacy Settings → toggle Direct Messages Off to block unwanted DMs.

4. Open a Support Ticket

• Go to the #tickets channel at the top of the sidebar.

• Follow the instructions to open a new private ticket.

5. Access Your Private Ticket

After creating a ticket, a private channel will appear in the sidebar. Click it to chat directly with the Rhythm support team.

6. Provide Details & Be Patient

The more info you share up front, the faster we can resolve your issue. Please be respectful — our team works hard to assist everyone quickly and efficiently.
